A PROBLEM SOLVER
BEFORE A POLITICIAN.
Leadership begins by listening.
But it cannot end there.
Prabh Gill has spent decades working in environments where difficult problems require listening to all sides, finding common ground and moving toward practical solutions.
His experience in dispute resolution, community advocacy and public service has shaped a simple approach to leadership: understand the problem, take ownership and get it resolved.

LEADERSHIP BUILT ON
LISTENING FIRST.
For more than two decades, Prabh Gill has been involved in community advocacy, dispute resolution and public service — working with people from different backgrounds, perspectives and circumstances.
As an arbitrator and family resolution professional, Prabh’s work has required him to listen carefully, understand competing perspectives and help move difficult situations toward practical resolution.
His community involvement has reinforced the same lesson: people do not expect every problem to be solved overnight — but they do expect their leaders to listen, take responsibility and keep working until there is an answer.
Listen to the problem. Understand what is getting in the way. Bring the right people together. Then get to work on a solution.

LEADERSHIP SHOULD TURN
LISTENING INTO ACTION.
Listening matters. But residents deserve more than acknowledgement. They deserve leadership that understands the problem, takes ownership and follows through.
LISTEN
Start with the people affected. Understand the problem before deciding the answer.
SOLVE
Bring the right people together, remove obstacles and find a practical way forward.
LEAD
Take responsibility for decisions, set expectations and make sure someone owns the outcome.
DELIVER
Follow through, measure progress and report results back to residents.
A problem reported should become a problem owned. One problem. One owner.
BRAMPTON DOES NOT
NEED TO SETTLE.
Brampton is a city of hardworking families, entrepreneurs, young people and communities with enormous potential. Prabh believes that potential deserves a City Hall that works with the same urgency and determination as the people it serves.
Residents should not have to chase City Hall for answers. Families should feel safe in their neighbourhoods. Businesses should see Brampton as a place to invest and grow. And people should not have to leave the city every morning just to find opportunity.
Prabh is running for Mayor because he believes leadership should be measured by what gets resolved — not by how many promises are made.
Brampton gave my family opportunity. I want the next generation to have even more.
